This 3D product animation was created as a showcase project to demonstrate our capabilities to the RELOAD brand. Through dynamic visualization and realistic rendering techniques, we brought their isotonic drink to life in an immersive animated environment.
While the client ultimately decided not to move forward with a full commercial production, the project was an invaluable learning experience — we explored new animation workflows, refined our product visualization skills, and pushed the limits of what we could achieve with 3D motion graphics.
The approach with RELOAD KE was a cold DM. We identified a brand that seemed like a good visual fit and reached out directly: let us build something and show you what 3D can do for your product. They responded.
An isotonic drink doesn't have an obvious visual hook. We weren't simulating liquid, so the direction had to come from somewhere else. We landed on a scatter system of oranges: whole fruit, halved, with their leaves, arranged to get across the citrus hit that the orange flavour actually delivers.
The orange Reload is genuinely one of my favourite drinks. It replaced soda for me, not reluctantly but because it's actually better. That made the brief feel more personal. The scatter system was technically demanding at the time. Using a distributed object system in Blender was newer territory for us then, and looking back at this project you can see where the pipeline was at that point.
